What you will do

• Own and prioritise the product backlog in line with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to delivery.
• Coordinate operations, developers, compliance, and management stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in internal tools, lending workflows, and reporting systems.
• Define success metrics and monitor delivery performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in fintech, financial services, or IT.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (lending, credit, or payments is an advantage).
• Experience supporting audits, compliance initiatives, or regulatory projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution independently.
• Fluency in English and Latvian required.
