What you will do
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Software/Data Engineers.
- Actively participate in software design, coding, reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
- Champion the adoption of TVG’s SDLC standards and development of reusable components.
- Lead software technology selection and advance the company's tech landscape.
- Ensure the delivery and maintenance of production-ready, secure, stable, and performant code.
Requirements
- Significant experience delivering software solutions in lean, agile, DevSecOps environments in a senior or leadership role.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and modern software engineering tooling.
- Demonstrable experience providing clear technology leadership, direction, and decision-making for a whole team.
- Experience building, integrating, maintaining, and managing complex software architectures across multi-cloud environments.
- Experience building software applications with built-in security, reliability, scalability, high availability, and concurrency.
- Ability to work onsite 2 days a week in Speke HQ, Liverpool, England, United Kingdom.
