What you will do

• Design and deliver improvements across existing systems and greenfield initiatives.
• Build scalable, secure services designed for long-term performance and reliability.
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and execute with precision.
• Partner with product, design, QA, and customer-facing teams to ship impactful outcomes.
• Raise engineering excellence through code reviews, pairing, and hands-on mentorship.
• Own what you build, including observability, incident response, and participation in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years building high-quality, well-tested, maintainable software in production environments.
• Proficiency in at least one core language (Python, Ruby, JavaScript, TypeScript) and comfort working across the stack (React experience is a plus).
• Strong fundamentals in software design, including object-oriented and functional paradigms.
• Experience designing APIs, modeling relational data, and deploying cloud-native applications.
• A track record of making pragmatic tradeoffs that improve customer outcomes and system health.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• This is a hybrid position from Warsaw, Poland.
