Engineering Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage, monitor, and forecast project execution.
• Track time and efforts, providing regular status reports.
• Coordinate project teams.
• Manage project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in IT.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, OKRs.
• Advanced verbal communication skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work at multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
• Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Cloudflare, ClickHouse, MySQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, NATS, BullMQ, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack.
• PMP, PSM or equivalent certificates.
