What you will do

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams as the main technical contact.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues via the helpdesk.
  • Prioritize and manage client requests, escalating unsolved cases to relevant teams.
  • Consult clients on product usage and translate feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Proactively monitor client systems and business-related metrics.
  • Act as a stakeholder for client-relevant product requests.

Requirements

  • English: B2 or higher required
  • Russian: C1 or higher required
  • Experience in large-scale software development environments in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and logging tools: Datadog, ELK (Kibana), and JIRA.
  • Knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipelines and basic markup languages (HTML, CSS).
  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM frameworks and iterative delivery.
  • Understanding of APIs, multi-tenant architecture, and network proxying concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, particularly React, SSR, and SEO principles.
