What you will do

• Administer and configure the ServiceNow instance, supporting implementation projects from requirements gathering through to deployment and post go-live support.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to implement functional solutions leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, performance analytics, workflows, and business rules.
• Manage incident, request, problem, and change processes aligned with ITSM best practices.
• Facilitate recurring status meetings and provide KPIs and metrics to leadership regarding platform health and adoption.
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, training materials, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT support, SaaS platform support, or systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, specifically SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules.
• Solid understanding of Project Management principles, including task tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power Apps is a plus.
• Location: Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia

Nice to have

• ITIL certification or strong exposure to ITIL concepts.
• Experience in the retail, restaurant, hospitality, or large-scale food service industry.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or data imports within ServiceNow.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platform upgrades.
