What you will do
- Drive governance of the corporate Physical Security program and foster a security-awareness culture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate physical security risks, designing and implementing standardized solutions for office locations.
- Conduct formal Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) on global facilities, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Consult on and implement physical security systems and controls, including camera and badge access systems.
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, including law enforcement and first responders.
- Assist regional leaders in developing emergency response plans and supporting hirify.global’s high-risk travel policy.
Requirements
- Prior experience creating, developing, or maturing a corporate Physical Security program.
- Knowledge of security systems, including intrusion detection, access control, and video surveillance.
- Ability to respond on short notice to assist with domestic or international security incidents.
- Work from Home, United States.
- Ability to travel 25% both domestically and internationally.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and persuasion skills.
