Location: Remote - Nationwide (US work authorization required, unable to sponsor employment visas). You will be required to provide reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection and a dedicated home workspace with limited disruption.

Salary: $114,000.00 - $165,300.00

What you will do

• Lead and manage a team responsible for AI/ML and emerging technology risk oversight, including hiring and development.
• Establish risk governance, standards, control frameworks, and oversight processes for Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Provide risk review and effective challenge across the AI/ML lifecycle, including model design, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Partner with data science, engineering, and business teams to embed risk controls throughout the AI/ML lifecycle.
• Oversee risk assessments, control testing, issue management, and remediation activities related to AI and advanced analytics.
• Evaluate and manage third-party and vendor risks associated with AI platforms, tools, and data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of advanced education.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, and model training, validation, and deployment.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, model risk management, and data governance.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
