What you will do

• Lead and architect the research strategy for applying AI to cybersecurity.
• Drive innovation in AI applications, including novel approaches to reasoning, summarization, and interactivity.
• Make strategic decisions about GenAI model architectures, training approaches, and deployment strategies.
• Implement cutting-edge ML/AI research and build production-ready AI systems at massive scale.
• Mentor and guide scientists, fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent hirify.global's technical excellence through publications and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of applied machine learning / research experience with demonstrated leadership in developing production-grade models.
• Deep expertise in LLM and deep learning training and deployment at scale.
• Advanced knowledge of Python, Deep Learning frameworks, cloud technologies, and GPU optimization techniques.
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Strong research portfolio with publications in leading AI journals and conferences.
• Experience with cybersecurity applications of machine learning.
• Track record of successful research-to-production implementations at scale.
• History of contributions to open-source ML projects.
