What you will do

• Collaborate with users, designers, PMs, and data scientists to build LLM-based agent tools.
• Develop prompts, evaluations, and engineering solutions to productionize AI systems integrated with hirify.global products.
• Prototype and iterate AI tools based on user feedback and latest research.
• Expand AI capabilities by integrating with IDE extensions and dynamic instrumentation.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Paris, France
• 5+ years backend engineering experience with Go, Java, or Python.
• Experience shipping software using large language models to production.
• Passion for generative AI and developer productivity tools.
• Experience with developer tools such as IDEs, static code analysis, or compilers.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level
