What you will do

• Draft, negotiate, and close commercial agreements across the mobile gaming value chain, including user acquisition and advertising monetisation.
• Manage transactions from inception through to completion, handling stakeholder expectations and timelines.
• Build and maintain scalable contract templates and playbooks.
• Develop and implement IP protection strategies for the game portfolio, including global trademark management.
• Draft and negotiate IP licensing agreements and advise on IP infringement matters.
• Review and negotiate vendor agreements, partnerships, and other commercial arrangements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years PQE with at least 2 years gained in-house.
• Strong commercial contracting experience with demonstrable ability to negotiate complex deals.
• Working knowledge of IP law, particularly trademarks and licensing.
• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales.

Nice to have

• Mobile gaming, mobile apps, or ad tech experience, understanding the mobile ecosystem.
