Salary: $180,000—$247,500 USD

What you will do

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution for hirify.global use cases in strategic accounts.
• Act as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers, driving onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for production issues and questions related to agreed-upon use cases.
• Create, own, and execute point-of-view plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
• Develop and manage an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical activities.
• Provide internal and external updates and KPI reporting on usage, customer health, and product adoption.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within Data and AI domains.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
• Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
• Experience in technical program or project management, including account and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to resolve complex escalations with senior customer executives.
• Track record of overachievement against quota or objective targets.
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed.
