What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Connect, ID, and FIC products across North America, Europe, and beyond.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting a clear vision and guiding execution to maximize KPIs.
• Continuously enhance bank coverage, data retrieval performance, and user conversion performance.
• Drive enterprise-grade quality for the FIC platform by defining dashboards, monitoring, and alerting capabilities.
• Define and evangelize bank connectivity standards and best practices internally and externally.
• Architect online onboarding experiences, including UX flows, KYB/KYC processes, AML screening, and vendor integrations.
• Ensure product compliance with global/local regulatory requirements and strong data governance principles.
• Translate customer and stakeholder feedback into compelling product experiences and high-impact feature development.

Requirements

• 10+ years in digital product management, engineering leadership, or banking relations, with at least 4 years in direct people management.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in technology, mathematics, or science field.
• Adept at creating a product/technology vision and strategy, translating it into actionable plans.
• Experienced operating in a demanding enterprise market with an obsession for high quality and a customer-first DNA.
• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with APIs, quality metrics, and technical monitoring.
• Familiarity with Open Banking (PSD2 in Europe), SaaS, PaaS, or payments experience.
• Deep familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer data, identity, and payments.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills are required for this leadership role.
