What you will do

• Lead professional services engagements for customized customer onboarding and enablement.
• Develop architectural designs for customer integrations and automations.
• Conduct recipe reviews, advise on testing best practices, and perform production readiness assessments.
• Provide thorough knowledge transfer to customer and partner teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for the hirify.global platform's solution, architecture, and implementation.
• Contribute to the growth of the professional services department by creating content and training team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of technology transformation consulting and implementation experience with integration or API management solutions.
• Proven results in leading customer success across front-end/back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, and test/release management.
• Experience documenting business processes and applying technology for optimization and automation.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with technical, business, and C-level stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of security and governance needs for large enterprise organizations.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Knowledge of key applications like Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, ServiceNow, SAP.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Ruby.
• Experience working in a start-up environment.
