What you will do

• Lead solution architecture and integration guidance for key ERP systems like SAP, Oracle Netsuite, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Bridge business requirements with technical implementation, guiding clients through the entire solution lifecycle.
• Translate complex business and finance requirements into clear, scalable solution designs for hirify.global’s spend management platform.
• Mentor and continuously develop Solutions Consultants, ensuring team consistency and high performance.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert on complex enterprise IT landscapes and ERP integrations.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of successful experience in Sales Engineering or Solution Consulting for complex B2B SaaS solutions, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentoring capacity.
• Strong understanding of enterprise accounting processes, global financial controls, and shared service center operations.
• Good understanding of complex ERP landscapes (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Netsuite, Microsoft) and integration architectures (APIs, middleware, SFTP).
• Proven ability to present value propositions to C-level executives.
• Fluency in English and German is required.

• Knowledge of the spend management industry.
