What you will do
- Lead planning and execution of Cyberpunk 2077 campaign beats, defining clear objectives for expansion sales, player reactivation, or platform acquisition.
- Translate business targets into marketing priorities and align campaign scope with expected commercial impact.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across Development, Creative Services, Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, and Business Development teams.
- Manage and oversee the content marketing calendar, ensuring consistent and cohesive messaging across all promotional efforts.
- Partner with Communications and Public Relations teams to align messaging with product and brand strategies.
- Support negotiations with platform partners and ensure any brand collaboration reflects core brand codes and commercial objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, ideally within the gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
- Proven track record of managing and executing large-scale brand and marketing campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with global brands and managing external agency and partner relationships.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and the ability to craft differentiated, compelling brand positioning.
- Experience in overseeing the development and delivery of creative assets, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Ability to use data and insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand communication efforts.
