What you will do
- Actively participate in developing and implementing marketing strategies for brand and product promotion.
- Prepare detailed monthly and campaign-based communication plans, including priorities, objectives, and target regions.
- Create marketing and advertising materials such as key visuals, product presentations, and banners.
- Define and maintain brand and product positioning, visual style, target audience profiles, and key messaging.
- Coordinate cross-departmental efforts related to the brand’s participation in industry events, exhibitions, and awards.
- Monitor performance metrics, continuously analyze competitor activities and market trends, and manage and optimize marketing budget allocation.
Requirements
- Essential Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in companies with high marketing activity.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and strong understanding of their specifics.
- English proficiency at Advanced level (C1).
- Russian proficiency at Advanced level (C1).
- Strong task management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience in marketing IT products.
- Experience working with B2B audiences.
