What you will do

• Ensure customers have tailored information to understand communications and required actions.
• Manage service provision to prioritize customers wishing to submit a claim or make a complaint.
• Provide an efficient claims service to scheme members, intermediaries, and Trustees.
• Carry out calculations, interpret and communicate scheme benefits.
• Accurately record workflow on the appropriate system and perform quality checking.
• Deliver good outcomes for customers and manage conduct risk.
