What you will do

• Lead and mentor the art team, managing evaluations, conflict resolution, and recognition to maintain highly motivated employees.
• Create high-caliber original art, illustrations, and animations while ensuring the highest quality standards from studio illustrators.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance artistic workflows, generating concepts and creating artworks in collaboration with the Art Team.
• Manage projections and assignments of all art projects, working with Production to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Research, explore, and communicate best practices in art and competitive ideas, developing goals, standards, processes, and feedback mechanisms.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of experience as a Sr. Artist or two years of experience as a Lead Artist in a production environment focused on creating original illustrations and animations.
• Bachelor of Arts in art/animation or related field or similar relevant experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Spine, and After Effects.
• Knowledge of Art Leadership and technical aspects of art creation in game development.
• Proficient in various AI applications relevant to art and familiarity with industry trends in AI art.
