Our client is a fast-growing Electronic Money Institution (EMI) headquartered in Vilnius with German roots, serving international clients with payments and financial services since 2020.

What you will do

• Maintain and update various company registers (vendor, outsourcing, risks, conflict of interests).
• Support internal and external assessments and audits, tracking remediation actions.
• Assist in drafting and updating internal policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Support third-party due diligence and risk assessment processes.
• Organize and update internal documentation.
• Assist in risk and compliance reporting and maintain the compliance calendar for audits.

Requirements

• Education: Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or a related field.
• Experience: Relevant risk management and compliance experience in an Electronic Money Institution, Payment Institution, or FinTech.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Lithuanian EMI regulatory framework, AML/CFT legislation, and DORA.
• Demonstrated structured and disciplined thinking.
• Ability to maintain independence and objectivity while operating in a regulated environment.
• Detail-oriented and documentation-driven approach.
