• Document and adhere to support and approval processes.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and personable demeanor.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
• Competency with Microsoft Windows and production software like Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages.

• Interest in video games, particularly by Rockstar.
