What you will do

• Gather expertise from project stakeholders and use game, market & consumer data to drive decisions on a global level.
• Build the marketing strategy based on the product offer, consumer insights, situational analysis and competitive insights.
• Manage and execute Marketing Plan tactics, ensuring flawless execution aligned with project goals.
• Act as the global “source of truth” on the brand and provide support across all regions to coordinate key local teams’ engagement.
• Brief internal/external agencies and lead the production of diverse creative assets and activations.
• Leverage owned and earned channels to maximize the impact of assets and activations, and coordinate paid media campaigns supported by impactful media creatives.

Requirements

• Strong marketing experience as a Brand Manager and have already contributed to the strategic and operational support of major go-to-market campaigns.
• Comfort in working in and navigating complex organizations and willing to learn how to work in a multi-national company.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience working with key internal teams at all levels and mastering hirify.global processes.
• Experience with MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.), Photoshop skills helpful.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and responsibility for projects.
