What you will do
- Own and manage your territory in Israel, independently prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business deals.
- Execute full-cycle sales activities including discovery, MEDDPICC qualification, demo/pilot coordination, negotiation, and closing medium-to-high complexity deals.
- Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, keeping forecasts and activity logs up to date.
- Create tailored business value statements and account plans to drive pipeline generation and progression.
- Lead deal reviews, anticipate risks, and develop contingency plans for smooth closes.
- Articulate hirify.global's ROI, navigate C-level stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deals.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS/tech sales experience with a proven track record of closing new logos.
- Strong mastery of sales fundamentals including qualification (MEDDPICC), territory mapping, pipeline management, and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging C-level executives.
- Deep understanding of value selling, including articulating ROI and customizing messaging.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English, with a strong understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem.
Nice to have
- Experience selling embedded analytics, BI, AI/ML platforms, or developer tools.
- Exposure to hybrid PLG/SLG motions or product-led growth environments.
- Background in financial services, retail, healthcare, or technology verticals.
