What you will do

• Provide and enhance a 24/7 automation service supporting hundreds of application and platform teams.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure automation to enable seamless development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Contribute to secure, compliant platform operations with a strong focus on stability and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate in an international Agile environment, participating in operational shifts and standby rotations.
• Support incident, change, and problem management processes aligned with IT operations best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in large, complex infrastructure environments, ideally within financial services.
• Strong experience with automation tooling, preferably Ansible Automation Platform.
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows operating systems, including security and compliance controls.
• Familiarity with security tooling such as CyberArk and Qualys, and experience working within ITIL-based operations.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong communication skills in English.
