Salary: £53,073–£58,970

What you will do

• Design, build, and unit test code for product delivery, ensuring quality standards.
• Develop technical knowledge and workplace skills within cross-disciplinary teams.
• Participate in Communities of Practice, Engineering Guilds, and Working Groups for peer-to-peer mentoring.
• Identify shortcomings in processes and support change management programs.
• Perform supplier management activities and interpret data to identify solutions.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Perl programming language.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript programming language.
• Experience with automated unit/integration testing.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Ability to develop personal capabilities and coach others.
• Capability to review IT Security non-compliance and work towards solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with architectural design patterns.
• Experience in database design and development (Oracle and/or PostgreSQL).
• Experience integrating with APIs and version control (Git).
• Self-motivated, with good written and verbal communication skills.
