Technical Writer: Updating and expanding public and internal technical documentation with an accent on enhancing API documentation and tooling. Focus on introducing smart solutions to support self-service during integration and troubleshooting.

Location: Hybrid in Malaga or Estepona, Spain

What you will do

• Update and expand general technical guides to support merchants and internal teams.
• Enhance API documentation and tooling to improve clarity and usability.
• Explore and implement smart solutions to support self-service via documentation hosted on Readme.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation.
• Strong understanding of docs-as-code workflows and engineering processes.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Experience with Atlassian tools for project management and documentation.
• Thorough understanding of REST APIs with independent experience using Postman, Swagger, and similar tools.
• Knowledge of webhooks and authentication flows.
• Fluency in English (C1 equivalent).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in AI tools and their application to documentation workflows.
• Experience with e-commerce modules such as Magento, PrestaShop, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of payment lifecycles and fintech operations.
