What you will do
- Research, write, and publish clear help articles in English based on support requests and internal expert interviews.
- Develop documentation covering sportsbook features, betting rules, mechanics, and platform navigation.
- Translate content into ES, PT, RU, and ZH using AI tools with post-editing quality control.
- Create visual assets including screenshots, diagrams, and infographics to improve user comprehension.
- Prepare and distribute release notes, product digests, and technical communications.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the sports betting industry (markets, odds, live betting) is a must.
- English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level or above.
- Experience in client-facing or communications roles such as customer support or technical writing.
- Ability to produce structured, user-friendly content like FAQs and release notes.
- Basic skills in graphic editors such as Figma, Canva, or Photoshop.
Nice to have
- Comfort with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of HTML and experience with email builders.
- Background in an IT or tech product environment.
- Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, or Chinese.
