Senior/Lead Business Intelligence Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior/Lead BI Analyst (Fintech): Building and maintaining reports in Tableau, Metabase, and other Business Intelligence tools with an accent on collaboration with Exness professionals, data investigations, and research. Focus on data provision, prototyping models, and ensuring data and metrics consistency across all data sources and reports.

Location: Relocation is mandatory to Limassol, Cyprus

Salary: from 4 800 €/month net

What you will do

• Define business and data requirements to provide effective self-service data analysis and reporting automation across the company through constant collaboration with BI analysts and key stakeholders.
• Automate existing management and operational reports.
• Translate data analysis and data insights into visuals for non-technical audiences.
• Ensure data and metrics numbers consistency across all data sources and reports provided by the team.
• Provide daily support to business users with issues/ questions related to BI reporting and visualization instruments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BI (data analysis and visualization, reporting automation).
• Proven practical experience in full-cycle dashboards development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Strong data visualization skills, including proficiency in Tableau Desktop, is a must.
• Basic knowledge of mathematical statistics is a must.
• At least Upper-Intermediate English knowledge.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of dashboards on Tableau Public or ready to share some screenshots with dashboard examples.
