What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve client and therapist issues via phone and live chat.
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with Product teams to improve the platform.
- Educate customers on the hirify.global platform and provide excellent customer service.
- Serve as a passionate advocate for clients and therapists, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
Requirements
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity and asynchronous communication.
- Love for problem-solving and natural curiosity, especially about health tech.
- Work ethic defined by kindness and empathy, prioritizing customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Comfortable meeting quantitative metrics, including the number of conversations worked on per day.
- Thrive working at a fast-paced startup and excited about contributing to its growth.
Nice to have
- At least one year of successful customer-facing professional experience.
- Knowledge of how Insurances and Coverage works in the US Healthcare industry.
- Basic programming or engineering skills and/or interest, or education/training/certification in a business- or technology-related field.
