What you will do

• Help reimagine and evolve hirify.global’s visual identity and brand system.
• Proactively experiment with AI tools to build repeatable, scalable design workflows for creative content.
• Lead Webflow page design and development to create high-performing, conversion-oriented web experiences.
• Design and oversee cross-channel creative execution across paid ads, campaigns, and events.
• Act as a strategic creative partner across marketing, product, and GTM teams.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in brand and digital design, preferably in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve creative output, experimentation, and scalability.
• Strong Webflow design and development experience, including building responsive pages, CMS structures, and reusable components.
• Proven ability to design for performance marketing and conversion, not just aesthetics.
• Deep understanding of modern SaaS visual systems and digital-first brand execution.
• Strong systems thinker with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality execution across web, campaigns, and brand systems.
