UX Designer (UI/UX)

TL;DR

UX Designer (UI/UX): Designing and optimizing user interfaces for enterprise applications with an accent on research, user flows, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI creation. What you will do

• Translate requirements into useful and desirable interfaces through collaboration.
• Sketch, wireframe, and create mockups and prototypes using Figma.
• Produce detailed designs for accurate implementation of enterprise applications.
• Apply design-thinking approaches to bring clarity to projects.
• Collaborate with product management, user research, and developers.
• Contribute to multiple complex design projects.

Requirements

• Five+ years of professional design experience on complex projects.
• Proficiency in Figma required.
• Strong UX skills in Information architecture, Information design, and Interaction design.
• Strong synthesis and problem setting skills (problem definition, solution hypothesis, etc.).
• Ability to transform complex interactions and requirements into tangible products.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional design and information architecture process.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Design (HCI, UX, Product, or related field).
• Familiarity with UX research and content design.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with OOUX or object mapping.
• Experience working at an Enterprise level company.
