What you will do

  • Manage and lead software engineering for key areas.
  • Help define new products and execute projects to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Help define processes for continuous improvement and system reliability.
  • Work on state-of-the-art technologies and distributed computing-based enterprise-class software.
  • Integrate software from multiple contributing teams and locations.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
  • 8-10 years of software engineering experience.
  • 2-4 years as a manager with responsibility for supervising 8+ engineers & tech leads.
  • Experience with Java, Weblogic, Apache/Tomcat.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#/.NET, MFC, and C++.
  • Expertise in real-time database transaction systems (high performance/high availability) and n-tier architectures.
  • A working understanding and prior experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
