Creative Lead (Gaming): Managing and leading software engineering teams for enterprise-class software solutions in gaming and digital entertainment with an accent on defining new products, process improvement, and on-time delivery. Focus on developing distributed computing-based systems, ensuring high performance and availability, and integrating complex software from multiple teams.
Location: Onsite in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do
- Manage and lead software engineering for key areas.
- Help define new products and execute projects to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Help define processes for continuous improvement and system reliability.
- Work on state-of-the-art technologies and distributed computing-based enterprise-class software.
- Integrate software from multiple contributing teams and locations.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
- 8-10 years of software engineering experience.
- 2-4 years as a manager with responsibility for supervising 8+ engineers & tech leads.
- Experience with Java, Weblogic, Apache/Tomcat.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including C#/.NET, MFC, and C++.
- Expertise in real-time database transaction systems (high performance/high availability) and n-tier architectures.
- A working understanding and prior experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
