Compensation: $296,000 - $473,500

What you will do

• Provide technical vision for the design and scaling of large-scale AI-powered search systems.
• Architect robust, scalable solutions for complex search and retrieval challenges across multiple business domains.
• Define API architecture, low-level system design, and data modeling strategies for next-generation search platforms.
• Establish health and quality measurement frameworks to assess and optimize search system performance.
• Champion the integration of AI/ML-enabled solutions to enhance relevance and business outcomes.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive the adoption of best practices in AI search technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 14+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Deep expertise in system design, API development, and data modeling in search or AI-driven environments.
• Proven track record of architecting and operating large-scale, distributed software systems.
• Experience applying AI/ML concepts to real-world production products.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
