Senior Staff DevSecOps Engineer (AI/ML, Kubernetes): Providing technical leadership for secure software delivery and AI/ML platform infrastructure with an accent on architecture decisions, platform strategy, and DevSecOps excellence. Focus on designing and operating secure, highly automated CI/CD and MLOps platforms, embedding security controls, and partnering with various teams for security, reliability, and compliance.

Location: Hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in one of the following locations: San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo.

What you will do

• Architect and evolve secure CI/CD platforms for large-scale application and ML workloads with embedded security and compliance.
• Design and own Infrastructure-as-Code foundations using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Lead Kubernetes security architecture, including RBAC, workload isolation, network policies, and secrets management.
• Design and operate observability platforms for early threat detection, incident response, and system health.
• Own reliability and performance of Kafka-based platforms, including capacity planning, monitoring, and failure mitigation.
• Design and implement automated MLOps/LLMOps workflows for secure model lifecycle management and scalable deployment.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in DevOps / DevSecOps / Platform Engineering roles with production systems ownership.
• Expertise in secure CI/CD platforms, IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), containerization, and Kubernetes internals and security.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI) and scripting/programming (Python, Bash, Go).
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including native security services.
• Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and experience with compliance frameworks (CIS benchmarks, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA).
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week onsite in one of the specified global office locations.
