What you will do

• Represent and apply hirify.global’s brand voice across all brand touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Develop concepts and messages grounded in customer insights, product understanding, and business context.
• Craft engaging copy for a wide range of channels and formats, including frequent creative campaigns.
• Support and guide the conceptual development of local campaigns for various European markets (Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, and Italy).
• Collaborate closely with Design, Video, Content, Paid, Product Marketing, and Social Media teams.

Requirements

• Proficient English level is required.
• 5+ years of experience as a copywriter in a creative or advertising agency environment.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaigns, and copywriting is required.
• Strong ability to think conceptually and write with craft.
• Strong understanding of social media language and dynamics.
• High attention to detail, strong brand sensitivity, and sound creative judgment.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience working on branding projects with a good understanding of brand strategy.
• Experience working in a B2B environment with SaaS, tech, or global brands.
• Experience using Notion and Figma, plus basic design knowledge.
