What you will do
- Champion consistency across the app for a seamless and unified customer journey.
- Develop design frameworks, principles, and reference patterns for consistent design.
- Shape and define backlog items, clarifying scope and outcomes for effective delivery.
- Produce design assets including concepts, journey maps, and service blueprints to inform decision-making.
- Partner with the Customer Lifecycle Management team to improve end-to-end journey quality.
- Provide leadership within the design team, supporting decision-making and nurturing team culture.
Requirements
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in User Experience design/Interaction Design.
- Experience leading teams.
- Strong stakeholder negotiation skills.
- A strong strategic vision that aligns with overall business strategy.
- Work style is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week, or 40% of your time in the Bristol office.
