What you will do
- Co-design clear, intuitive end-to-end user journeys, leading on content.
- Craft and execute content strategy to bring clarity to complex propositions and drive conversion.
- Utilize insights, testing, and performance data to strengthen content decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, and Engineering teams to shape solutions.
- Provide strategic support to ensure consistency across the wider product experience.
- Create scalable, reusable content patterns adhering to content design system standards.
Requirements
- Experience designing content for digital products.
- Experience testing and optimising content for conversion.
- Proficiency in working with a brand's tone of voice for diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills to articulate content rationale.
- Proactive interest in using AI to support work processes.
- Foundational understanding of UX best practices and design principles.
