What you will do

• Assist in delivering business requirements for User Access Management (UAM) activities.
• Effectively manage risk and control activities, including operating monthly controls for SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and System SMEs on various issues and system requirements.
• Participate in team discussions to identify and implement continuous improvements.
• Support the transition from manual processing to workflow tools like SNOW and JIRA.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a hybrid model, attending the Bristol office a minimum of two days per week.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize and complete tasks meticulously.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel advantageous.
• Experience with SNOW, JIRA, or Power Apps is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative.
