What you will do

• Define and operationalize corporate narrative and messaging architecture across all channels.
• Lead brand initiatives, identity evolution, and strategy across GTM programs and customer storytelling.
• Oversee global PR strategy, proactive media engagement, and executive visibility.
• Own analyst relations strategy, shaping understanding of the company's vision and value.
• Develop and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and market authority.
• Direct creative development for graphic design, multimedia production, and copywriting initiatives.
• Optimize corporate website strategy, UX, SEO, and conversion performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to align brand and content strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in brand, corporate communications, PR management, and content creation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a high-growth B2B healthcare company.
• Proven success building and scaling brand and communications functions.
• Experience leading analyst relations programs and driving engagement.
• Executive-level storytelling and narrative development capabilities.
• Strong organizational leadership and team building skills with the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and creative skills, able to present complex ideas persuasively.
