What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives related to Zuora Subscription Billing and Zuora Payment.
• Develop and configure Zuora’s Product Catalog, including rate plans and pricing models, to meet business needs and support billing processes.
• Ensure the security and integrity of Zuora’s environment by implementing best practices and security measures.
• Design and implement payment solutions using payment methods like Credit Card, Alternate Payment Methods (APMs), ACH, Direct Debit, etc.
• Customize and design invoice templates in Zuora to align with branding guidelines and meet customer requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with Zuora development, including Product Catalog, workflows, Security, Notifications, and Invoice Templates.
• Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design.
• Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation.
• Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports.
• Experience with customizing Zuora using Workflows, Zuora API and ZOQL.
• Lead and implemented Zuora Billing for 1 or more companies

Nice to have

• Zuora Admin and Architect certifications
• Experience with Zuora E-Invoicing features.
• Knowledge of Zuora RevPro
