Lead Consultant / Engineer - Zuora Billings And Revenue (ERP): Architecting, designing, developing, configuring, testing, and supporting Zuora applications for billing, AR, and revenue systems with an accent on functional architecture for Zuora Revenue and its integration with other Q2C ecosystem components. Focus on designing compliant revenue recognition solutions, driving system implementations, and ensuring financial integrity and audit readiness across data flows.

Location: Remote (US). Not eligible to be hired in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Washington, or Washington D.C.

Salary: $155,520–$228,700 (annually)

What you will do

• Own the functional architecture for Zuora Revenue within the Q2C ecosystem and ensure seamless integration with related platforms.
• Design compliant revenue recognition solutions supporting subscriptions, usage, multi-element arrangements, and SSP allocations.
• Lead revenue design workshops with Accounting, Controllership, and FP&A teams to define end-to-end accounting scenarios.
• Drive system implementations, conversions, and acquisitions onboarding while maintaining reporting continuity and data integrity.
• Govern upstream and downstream revenue data flows across billing, CPQ, ERP, and data platforms for accurate accounting events.
• Implement strong reconciliation frameworks across Billing → Revenue → ERP GL to ensure financial integrity and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Zuora subscriptions, billing, product and pricing management, and Zuora Revenue (ASC 606).
• Strong knowledge of Customer master data management, product and pricing configuration, and integrations with external systems.
• Knowledge on integrations with Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Banks, Payment Gateways, and Avalara tax.
• Good understanding of the Zuora platform, objects, custom events, and workflows.
• Experience developing and executing system conversion and implementations.
• Good understanding of Customer aging, AR to GL reconciliation, and month-end processes.
• Good knowledge of change management and Agile methodologies.
• B.Tech or MBA graduate.
