What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices supporting credit risk, recommendation, and credit scoring products.
- Design and develop REST and SOAP APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Build robust calculation engines compliant with current credit scoring and recommendation regulations.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external credit authorities.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Java development.
- Strong proficiency in Java 21+ and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JSON, XML).
- Strong experience in REST and SOAP API design and development.
- Good understanding of unit, component, and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), build tools (Maven), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Kafka and Kubernetes.
