What you will do

• Design high-quality marketing visuals for landing pages, paid ads, promos, CRM campaigns, and SMM materials.
• Create engaging motion graphics for promo videos, ads, and social media content.
• Use AI tools to enhance production workflows (concept generation, image creation, iterations, resizing, asset variations, etc.).
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to shape strong visual concepts.
• Proactively suggest visual and motion improvements based on performance data and trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or product-driven teams.
• Strong portfolio with marketing visuals and motion design examples.
• Advanced skills in Figma (complex layouts, components, auto-layout).
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid motion design skills in After Effects (expressions and templates are a plus).
• English level B2 or higher
• Readiness to complete a test task
