What you will do

• Develop and maintain high-performance Go microservices for banking connectivity and data synchronization.
• Implement integrations with banking APIs, SFTP, and web portals using gRPC/Protobuf.
• Build resilient, asynchronous workflows using AWS SQS and Apache Kafka for data integrity.
• Design and manage PostgreSQL databases, working with diverse financial data formats (e.g., ISO 20022, SWIFT).
• Contribute to Kubernetes infrastructure by maintaining Helm charts and deployment configurations within an AWS environment.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure code quality and security.

Requirements

• Extensive professional backend engineering experience in production environments.
• Proven hands-on experience building and deploying services in Go (Golang).
• Solid understanding of AWS (SQS, S3, Lambda, RDS) and containerization via Docker.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL or other relational databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures, RESTful APIs, and message queue patterns (SQS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with banking APIs, financial data standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT), or data aggregation platforms.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience with TypeScript/Node.js or browser automation tools (Puppeteer/Playwright).
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar stacks.
