hirify.global is a B2C product company developing a system that monitors clients’ financial transactions, risk assessment, risk management, and analytics for international markets.

What you will do

• Design and develop internal web services, integrating them into the company’s ecosystem.
• Optimize and refactor legacy logic.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in development, testing, and delivery processes.
• Write unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate with DevOps and architecture teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, participating in Scrum events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience with PHP 8.0+.
• Knowledge of Symfony or Laravel.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with databases (MySQL, NoSQL like Redis, Memcached) and message brokers (RabbitMQ).
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and Docker.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools.
• English: B1 or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue).
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience building new services from scratch or in fintech domain.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry) and Xdebug.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Go.
