TL;DR

Sr. Product Marketing Manager (AI): Scaling how hirify.global communicates product value and differentiates in the market, enabling revenue teams to win with an accent on market insight and positioning, launch plans and sales enablement. Focus on measurable improvements in pipeline conversion and expansion, experimenting with AI models to dramatically increase speed, quality, and leverage across research, writing, analysis, and content production.

Location: This role is open to remote candidates in the US

What you will do

  • Develop understanding of customer Jobs-to-be-Done and build positioning + messaging.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how AI platforms are evaluated, bought, deployed, and expanded.
  • Translate product capabilities into customer outcomes, ROI narratives, and GTM assets.
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market execution for launches.
  • Produce customer-facing and sales-facing materials such as pitch decks and competitive battlecards.
  • Drive revenue impact through systems that improve pipeline conversion, win rate, and expansion readiness.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required, MS/MA/MBA welcomed.
  • 7+ years of B2B product marketing experience (enterprise/technical preferred).
  • Proven ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment without authority.
  • High ownership mindset and strong analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm to use AI tools to amplify output.

Nice to have

  • Experience in AI platforms, industrial software, optimization, or data-heavy products.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience enabling internal teams for expansion/retention motions.
  • Comfort marketing technical products to both technical and executive personas.
