We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join the Sales Management Platform team for a high-impact project with a leading automotive company headquartered in Fremont, California.

The Senior Software Engineer will work on a mission-critical, in-house CRM platform that supports global sales operations and covers the full sales lifecycle, directly impacting revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Important Considerations :

• Interest in relocating and living in the United States
• On-site position in Fremont, California (TN Visa sponsorship provided)
• Must have Mexican nationality
• Valid Mexican passport required
• Bachelor’s degree and professional license (cédula profesional)

**What You Bring

**

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments
• Strong expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems Looking to advance your Development & Programming career with relocation support? • Experience working with real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems
• Proficiency in Golang and/or Python
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with large-scale data systems such as ClickHouse
• Hands-on experience with OpenSearch or similar search technologies
• Experience with message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
• Strong understanding of scalable system design and high-throughput architectures

• Experience working with AI-driven or agentic workflow systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures
