Location: Madrid (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH)

What you will do

• Architect and innovate ELT/ETL pipelines from diverse sources (APIs, transactional DBs, file-based endpoints).
• Actively contribute to building the infrastructure for ML models and LLM-powered Agents.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Apply top-tier software practices (SDLC, RFCs, unit testing) to ensure platform scalability.

Requirements

• Python & SQL Mastery (+5 years of experience).
• Agile problem solver, delivering smart technical solutions at speed.
• Proactive and "business-curious", wanting to understand the impact of code on the bottom line.
• Fluent in English (global team).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Vector Databases, or AI Agents.
• Deep knowledge of DuckDB or DLT.
• Strong foundations in Dimensional Modeling and Data Warehousing.
• Spanish language skills (a plus for office life in Madrid!).
