TL;DR

Location: Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

What you will do
- Manage the weekly code deployment process, coordinating testing, merges, and post-deploy verifications.
- Maintain and update the release calendar, manage release items in Jira/Asana, and coordinate feature flags.
- Manage hotfix deployment and incident reporting, tracking metrics related to release quality.
- Partner with DevEx to build deployment/release dashboards and track quality metrics.
- Partner with the GTM team to ensure alignment on timelines for external communications.
- Derive and report on metrics related to release quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a release management/engineering or related role.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration and development tools (CI/CD) for a SaaS product (Docker, Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, Terraform, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
- Experience with full-stack observability platforms like Splunk, Datadog, Sentry.
- Proficient in using Git for version control systems and branch management.
- Strong and clear communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including development teams, QE teams, and business units
- Jira/Confluence or Linear administrator experience - creating automations, dashboards, workflows etc.

- Ability to demonstrate strong interest in automation and continuous improvement (build, test, release/deploy, monitoring, reporting), which includes Infrastructure as Code.
- Project Management experience and planning mindset - experience in managing projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Ability to analyze and improve release processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tooling (e.g., code assistants, log analysis, anomaly detection, workflow automation) to improve release reliability, accelerate root-cause analysis, and reduce manual overhead
