What you will do

• Partner with platform, machine learning, search, data, and frontend teams to understand DevOps and infrastructure needs.
• Influence the DevOps roadmap, leading and executing various infrastructure projects.
• Design, build, and manage hirify.global cloud infrastructure across multiple regions/clouds, ensuring security, scalability, performance, observability, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as code and full automation for application stack provisioning.
• Collaborate with the security team on enhancing the security posture of the infrastructure.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Strong technical expertise in designing and building AWS cloud infrastructure with extensive experience in managing AWS security groups, IAM roles, Elastic Load Balancers, and Cloud Formation.
• Strong knowledge of VPN, AWS VPC, DNS, and experience troubleshooting network issues.
• Experience with deploying and managing Kubernetes clusters and Istio.
• Working knowledge of disaster recovery processes and security areas such as data backup, recovery, replication, AWS KMS, certificate management, encryption, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning.
• Comfort with tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
